CEO and Co. Founder
Over the past decade, my journey in the renewable energy sector has been marked by a steadfast commitment to innovation and sustainability. Starting with the founding of a pioneering solar energy enterprise in Chile, my experience has spanned the full spectrum of photovoltaic technology applications, both on-grid and off-grid. My deep understanding of the lithium battery market has been instrumental in navigating the industry's complexities. Today, as the CEO and co-founder of RTZ, I am channeling this extensive expertise into the burgeoning field of EV-Retrofits. At RTZ, we are not just following trends; we are setting them, leading the charge in renewable energy and decarbonisation.

As a co-founder of RTZ, I am dedicated to integrating smart and sustainable electrification strategies comprehensively. My involvement in numerous projects to develop Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs) has allowed me to contribute a wealth of expertise and industry connections. Serving as the Head of the Swiss Battery Technology Center, as well as a Partner and Executive Board Member, I leverage these roles to advance our field.

With a solid decade dedicated to developing battery-powered construction machinery and specialized vehicles for varied terrains, my enthusiasm for electric vehicles (EVs) continues to grow. As a co-founder of Novaziun, a pioneering Swiss company specialising in retrofitting agricultural machinery and vehicles, I leverage my extensive founding experience and engineering expertise to drive innovation in the EV sector.
